That is how everyone is pronouncing it! I thought most people would think of the president and then know it was like Ray-gun.

My name is Raegan, and although I would certainly pronounce Reagan the same as mine, I think it calls for less confusion since "Rae" is almost always pronounced "Ray". Have you looked at any alternate spellings? However, I will attest to the fact that whenever I say my name aloud, people spell it "Reagan". This post is probably really unhelpful, but just thought I would throw that out there!
