Of those choices, definitely Aiden. But I'd prefer Aidan.

I am a speech therapist and I work in early childhood. I have 2 lil boys on my caseload with this name and they spell it differently: Aiden and Aidan. I like Aiden better.

I always like to stick with the most traditional/popular spelling, so I'd go with Aiden for sure. I'd have to agree with the 2nd poster. Typically when an I is changed to a Y, it's to make the name appear more feminine.
