Uummm...I dunno. Most people I know associate Shannon with "smarty pants" or something similar and Danielle with "preppy/popular". I was never "preppy" but I did get good grades if I applied myself. Most of the time in HS I was too busy talking about boys, going to the mall, and sneaking out to parties. Lol.
Yeah I'd say my name fits me. I'm Amber Christina. For a while when I was a kid I didn't like my name (when I was like 9\10 and wanted it to be Carrie because it sounded like a "princess" name to me ) But I like my name now.

Funny this topic has come up. I just had a debate with my MIL on the name we chose for our son who is due May 1st. We chose the name Xavier and she wants me to talk to my husband (who is deployed in Iraq) to think of a different name "just incase he doesn't look like an xavier". She even suggested to "leave the baby nameless for a couple days until Geno can see him and decide what name he looks like". I agree SOME people have names that don't fit... but uncommon names don't really have faces to them like some common names might, ie ashley or brook...
I am a sarah and I've seen many different faces with my name. So I would say, I look like a sarah...
