I'm not a fan of the name Nievae because the pronunciation of it is the Spanish word for snow (so I definitely wouldn't put it with another mn of Wynter). It is also close to the Spanish word for nine.

Since Cayramie will probably be hard for people to pronounce and spell (I would pronounce it Kaye-ruh-mee from the way it is spelled; you might leave the Y off so people will pronounce it the way you want), I would pair it with a more traditional mn. Cayramie Grace is the best from your list. I like Claire for a mn but not with Cayramie.

I know a Kerami (pronounced the same way). Of your list I like Grace and Claire as middle names.

I really like the fn...but would suggest a different spelling, as I would have pronounced it Kay-rah-mee from your spelling. I like the name Cara-mia too...Caramia. I like Tenille's suggestion of Kerami.
