Seems like pooch names to me. My Grandparents had a dog named Lady.

Yeah.. Lady is a dog's name. Guy is just silly to me. =/

Though, I have heard of Lady being a nick name for Adelaide. That'd be kind of cute for someone who likes nick names.

I don't like them. They just aren't imaginative and are more descriptive terms than names, to me.

I agree that Lady is a dog's name although I knew a lady named Lady....she introduced herself like royalty...no lie.

I think of Lady & the Tramp when I hear lady.

And, I've started to like Guy recently when I found out it's a family's name.

Guy is okay....like Guy Fawkes....it was a real name before it was a slang term.

But yeah, Lady is a dog's name, or a title. That's like naming a boy "Sir."

Guy is Nms but I see it much more as a name than Lady....Lady is all puppy to me.
Actually.....I would rather name a boy Sir than name a girl Lady

I like the name guy. Not a fan of lady.

Guy is a respectable man's name. It isn't too common, either.

Lady has a nice ring to it but doesn't work as a first name for me.
