here are some sibsets I thought up using names from the same book.... WDYT? Do you have any to add? Would you use any? If you heard some of these names together would you think it was cute/corny/not even connect them to the book?

Atticus and Scout (to Kill a Mockingbird)
Sawyer and Finn (The Adventures of Tom Sawyer)
Lysander, Demetrius and Helena (A Midsummer Night's Dream)
Clover and Muriel (Animal Farm)
Jonas and Asher (The Giver)
Elizabeth, Jane, Mary, Catherine and Lydia (Pride and Prejudice)
Holden and Phoebe (The Catcher in the Rye)
Josephine and Georgina or Charlie and Violet (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)
Katherine and Bianca (The Taming of the Shrew)

Howard and Dominique (The Fountainhead)
Dorian and Basil(The Picture of Dorian Gray)
Eleanor, Millie, Sofia, and Celie(The Color Purple)
Victor, Henry, William, Caroline, and Elizabeth(Frankestein)
Roderick and Madeline(The Fall of the House of Usher)
Winston, Emmanuel, and Julia(1984)

My favorite from your list is Catherine and Lydia...even though I absolutely LOVE the name Josephine!

Atticus and Scout (to Kill a Mockingbird) - like both names seperately but probably wouldn't use them together...would definitely think of the book
Sawyer and Finn (The Adventures of Tom Sawyer)- very cute sibset...would definitely think of the book but would probably use it regardless. Maybe corny to some.
Lysander, Demetrius and Helena (A Midsummer Night's Dream)- nms
Clover and Muriel (Animal Farm)- nms
Jonas and Asher (The Giver)- love both names, would use them together...both are pretty common biblical names so I don't think that most people would immediately think of the literary association
Elizabeth, Jane, Mary, Catherine and Lydia (Pride and Prejudice)- pretty sibset although the names aren't my style...probably wouldn't think of the book right away
Holden and Phoebe (The Catcher in the Rye)- like Holden and dislike Phoebe
Josephine and Georgina or Charlie and Violet (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)- Wouldn't think of the book with Josephine/Georgina (very pretty sibset btw) but I would think of the book upon hearing Charlie and Violet.
Katherine and Bianca (The Taming of the Shrew) - nms and wouldn't immediately think of the book.

I think it they were siblings or friends in the book you're referencing, then it's cute.

Atticus and Scout doesn't work for me, because the relation is wrong. And naming children after a pair of lovers --
Romeo and Juliet
Lance and Gwen
Cleo and Marc
Bella and Edward [to use a modern example] --

is just wrong, IMO.

I think its cute, but for me the relationship would matter as well...... I wouldn't want to name siblings after enemies or lovers. But naming them after siblings or friends is sweet.

I think it'd also be a test of the people who are well read vs not!
