My DH and I want to name our baby after him (David) if it's a boy. We don't want to call him David or Dave, though. He would go by his other name.
Of the following three combos, which do you like best?
David Jackson
Jackson David
David Carter

If he isn't going to go by David, I would definitely use it in the middle name slot. I like Carter David the best, but from your choices, Jackson David.

I'd put it in the middle name spot, if it's not what you're going to call him. So Jackson David would get my vote, but I would prefer Carter David, if that were an option.

Jackson David, definitely. If he's not going to go by David, putting it in the mn spot seems like the easier option.
