Yes, I think all the names go well together - classic, traditional, strong, etc...
Isadora does stick out a little. So, if you have another girl in the future, I would give her a similiar name - not heard of often but still solid, well-known, and pretty - like Guinivere, Gwyneth, Josephine (if you end up not using Joseph for Samuel's mn), etc...
William's mn is in the same style as Isadora but most people will not hear it as it's a mn.
