Just saw this name in a list of Arthurian Legend names. I think it has potential maybe even as a girl's name

Clarion was a king in the legend.

But.. Clarian, Clarienne might also appeal.

Reminds me of Marion / Marian and Vivian (m) / Vivienne

WDYT?

Honestly, to me, Clarion could possibly be the name of an allergy medication.

It is a brand name for something. Just wanted to see if anyone thought of it right away. Not a medication though It is close to Clarinex which is an allergy med.

It's a hotel, lol. I've seen way worse "real life" references though.

ETA: It's closer to Claritin than Clarinex.

Isn't it a makeup brand or something? I think of a brand when I hear the name, not a real name.

I actually like the look of Clarienne, although it's not something I'd use personally...but i would pronounce it Clari-enne rather than Clarion.

I am not sure I like it in any format. The Clarion reminds me of the hotel, make up etc and Clarienne looks made up.
