Ha, very early on - considering I'm not even pregnant...
Addison Grace Kaidyn James
The only 'issue' is that Gaby has two middle names - Gabrielle Jayda-Leigh... would it look more 'complete' if the next child (and the any future ones!) had two middle names as well?? I really want Kaidyn Warrington-James for a boy, but I think Jason thinks it's a bit of a mouthful.. As for the girl, Addison Grace - I think it sounds nice like that, but am sure I could find a nice m/n combo as well...
If you have another girl, I'd definitely go with two mns too. If you have a boy, you could go with just one mn. I often see people do slightly different styles of names depending on the gender of the baby.
But, speaking of that, both my children (one boy and one girl) have only one middle name. If we have another boy, we're considering using two middle names. Jack Henry is a grandpa on Dh's side. I love it! But, I think Jack is too close to DS's name. So, we're considering putting a fn on the name combo but keeping the Jack Henry. So, I might just be doing the exact opposite of what I told you in the first place.
I don't think it matters at all. If you have two middle names you love, then go for it. If you don't, it won't matter that they don't match.
On the matter of Warrington James - if it's important to you, then your SO should get that and let you use it. It's a middle name.. it's not like you're going to call him Kaidyn Warrington-James every time you address him.
thanks for the input ladies!!! Jason likes the name Warrington as a m/n, but feels that the Warrington-James m/n combo is too much of a mouthful... and I can see where he's coming from. I'm trying to think of another 2 name combo that could work... using different parts of their names
I don't think it matters if they all have two mn's or not. Out of my 5, only one has two mn's. Hers is also a mouthful, Emmalyn Sharlise Faith. She doesn't go by both mns all the time mostly just Emmalyn Faith. Of course, if you ask her she'll tell ya her name is Emma Scott
