i like it, i would not spell it different. its a nice easy name to spell and i wouldnt want to have to constantly spell it out

I think Marisa was the original spelling, and people added the second S. Either way is considered correct these days, like Caitlin and Kaitlin, etc.

I like Marisa/Marissa. For some weird reason, I have always preferred the Marisa spelling. When I look at it, Marissa looks prettier to me, but Marisa looks more sophisticated.

I picked the two s spelling for my daughter thinking i would not have to spell it out constantly.

Yeah right people constantly spell it Marrissa. I just say "Marissa one R two S"


I should have just stuck with my original plan to spell it Marisa.

Not a fan. It reminds me of Marisa Coulter (the bad guy from The Golden Compass), but I think that's because I just finished reading it.

I like the name Marissa / Marisa
