I heard this name today. I don't know where it comes from or why her parents chose it for their BEAUTIFUL daughter, but it's not really my style.

I don't like it.

Indica is the same as India, just in another language. There are ancient books about India titled Indika and Indica, both written by Greek authors. There's also a car, made in India, called the Tata Indica. Unfortunately, Indica is also a common subspecies of Cannabis (a.k.a. Marijuana) that originated in Asia.

Hopefully her parents meant to name her after the country of India.

I think it's a pretty name, but wouldn't use it.. mostly for the marijuana reference.
