first glance, Ry-den, but after actually thinking about it, doesn't Rhy make the "ree" sound? So it would be Ree-den?
I don't like it.

I like it too but I'm scared that it will be associated with "ridin" like ridin' a bike... which is basically what it is I guess...

I'd say Ry-den, but I think Christen is right about it being spelled like Ree-den (Like Rhys). I'd like the h out, but I can see everyone else would say Ry-den anyways, so I guess it works. You know how much I love those "y"s -- I don't care for the name much. I really love Raiden though - and I've never even played MK.

Ry-den. But I think spelling it Ryden would eliminate any confusion.
I dislike it. It just makes me think of the word riding, like ridin' a bike as someone said above.

I have a little boy in one of my classes and his name is spelled like this and its pronounced Ray-den.

This is my son's name!! We wanted to named his after the Sask Roughriders (CFL team), but didn't like Rider, so added a "Y" & "an" (but changed it to en) after Ryan Smith from the Oilers. We have a Ryden now. Obviously I love this name. And I like the Rhyden spelling as well. No one thinks of "ridin'" around him that I know of. Although he does get called Ryan, Ryland, & Ryder quite a bit.
