When giving a child more than the typical first, middle, and last name- how do you record the 2nd middle name on the birth cert? Do you just put 2 names for the middle name?

yep...thats what we did with emerson. we wrote her first name as emerson...her middle name as charlotte muriel and then her last name. on her actual birth certificate, it just writes it all together, so i guess there its open to interpretation whether she has 2 first names or 2 middle names.
