Paisley is starting to grow on me and BONUS- it's scottish. what do you think of Paisley? Do you think it will be appropriate from baby to adulthood? What nicknames come to mind?

I don't like it. The pattern freaks me out so the name doesn't appeal I don't see it aging well either. The only nn I can think of is Lee or Ailey (which I would use over Paisley)

Ailey could be considered Scottish too I suppose since it is derived from Aileen.

It should totally be a name I love, but it's not. I dunno, just something about it. I think it's super cute but I'd never use it. Maybe it's just all the negative response I've seen on the web about it. It is cute though.

I don't see it aging well. I also think of Brad Paisley, but I love him so that's not a bad thing. I'm not a fan of it as a name, but it's cute and feminine enough.
