I bolded my favorites:

Blaise & Miles - They go well together and I like the name Miles.
Blaise & Asher - They go well together, but I'm not a fan of Asher.
Blaise & Rhett - They go well together and I love Rhett.
Blaise & Reece - They go well together and I love Reece.
Blaise & Bennett - I love Bennett but I think some of you other boy name choices go better in the sibset.
Blaise & Hayden - I think Hayden is way too popular and common next to Blaise (and Avenley).
Blaise & Hudson - If you really like Hayden, you might go with Hudson instead. You're still getting the H- and -en sounds; but Hudson is less popular and much more masculine sounding, imo. I love Hudson!
Blaise & Cohen - They sound good together and I love Cohen.
Blaise & Gage - I don't think they sound too similiar. I like Gage and the names go well together.

Except for Hayden and Asher, all your boy names are on our Top 30 boy names list.

Blaise, Avenley & Calista - I like Calista but I don't think it goes well with the rest of the sibset.
Blaise, Avenley & Cambria - I love Cambria and it goes well with your sibset.
Blaise, Avenley & Callie - Just Callie goes better with your sibset than Calista does; but I only like Callie for a nn.
Blaise, Avenley & Shia - This goes well with your sibset.
Blaise, Avenley & Emery - This goes well with your sibset and I love Emery.
Blaise, Avenley & Emerson - Again, this goes well with your sibset and I love Emerson.
Blaise, Avenley & Isla - This goes okay with your sibset but I think several of the others go better.
Blaise, Avenley & London - This goes okay with your sibset but I'm not a fan of London.
Blaise, Avenley & Lola - I like Lola well enough but I don't think it goes well with the sibset.
Blaise Avenley & Ever - I don't think they sound too similiar; but I'm not a fan of Ever.

Blaise & Miles -- Great set
Blaise & Asher -- Is the before and after concept intentional? Regardless, I sort of like it, but at the same time it's sort of a cheesy set.I'm not opposed to cheesy though.
Blaise & Rhett -- Good set, but I still wonder if you'll feel locked into monosyllabic boy names
Blaise & Reece -- Same issue as Rhett, but it's a good set
Blaise & Bennett -- Fine
Blaise & Hayden -- Also fine
Blaise & Hudson -- Fine yet again, though I dislike Hudson
Blaise & Cohen -- Fine and I really like Cohen
Blaise & Gage -- I agree that the rhyming is too much

Blaise, Avenley & Calista -- Fine, though I dislike Calista
Blaise, Avenley & Cambria -- Cambria is very cute, and I like that the girls would both have (sort of) have place names.
Blaise, Avenley & Callie -- I don't like the double "lee" endings
Blaise, Avenley & Shia -- Fine, but I see Shia as a male name.
Blaise, Avenley & Emery -- Fine again
Blaise, Avenley & Emerson -- Mmhmm
Blaise, Avenley & Isla -- Also works
Blaise, Avenley & London -- Again I like the place names match, but I don't care for London.
Blaise, Avenley & Lola -- I don't see Lola as being substantial enough for a given name.
Blaise Avenley & Ever -- I don't think they're too close. They both have Vs, and that's it.

My favorite two are:
Blaise & Miles
Blaise, Avenley & Cambria
