Saw this name on the nets and thought it was interesting.

WDYT of it? What gender would you prefer it on or automatcially assume it was ? What spelling would you choose ?

Maybree / Mabrey / Maebree / Something Else???

Somehow it makes Shakespeare's 'Queen Mab' come to mind, and so... female.

It also reminds me of Mayberry - the town - and the word 'maybe'.

For all these reasons, I cannot claim to be a fan of it! If I met someone with this name, I'd probably have to strive to remember it.

I think it's quite cute and would both prefer it on and automatically assume it was a girl. Honestly...I'm not sure how I'd spell it. None of the spellings look "right" to me.

I think of the word "Maybe" and the town/song Mayberry.

I'd assume it was a girl.

I can't say I care for it. I prefer a lot of other -bree names, or even Mabel.
