Okay I rarely do this anymore, but I wrote out my associations with each name. Hope you don't mind I was very honest.

Alden-
sounds like a grandpa's name
Beck-
sounds incomplete
Branson- Branson, Missouri is what comes to mind
Brendan- it's okay
Brennan- prefer Brendan
Cash- cool
Clayton- nms
Colby- nms
Dalton- it's okay
Dawson-
it's okay
Drake
- love it
Ellis- nms
Emery- too feminine
Fletcher- nms
Forrest- Forrest Gump
Foster- foster child
Gannon- nms, prefer Cannon
Grant- nms
Jarrett- nms, I like Jett though
Keaton- reminds me of Diane Keaton. I kinda like it though
Kingston- cool
Maxwell- coffee
Merritt- nms, i like Merrick better
Murphy- sounds like a dogs name
Quinn- cool but too unisex for me
Rowan
- same as Quinn
Sage- same as Rowan and Quinn
Tate-
it's okay
Tobin-
it's okay, it's the name of the actor that plays the bad guy on Saw
Truman-
Truman Show. It's a movie
Vaughn- Vince Vaughn. It's okay
Wade- it's okay
Wylie- too girly. Well at least the spelling is.

Faves in bold:

Alden - Don't like.
Beck - Reminds me of the musician, whose music I can't stand.
Branson - Reminds me of the town in Missouri, I couldn't use it.
Brendan
Brennan
Cash - Just no. I couldn't use it at all.
Clayton - NMS.
Colby
Dalton - A guy I knew was named this and he was a jerk, so not a good association for me.
Dawson - Totally reminds me of Titanic, so that's a no for me. But it is cute!
Drake - Could make a good middle name? I'm indifferent on this one actually.
Ellis - NMS.
Emery - NMS.
Fletcher - NMSAA.
Forrest - You know, it wouldn't be that bad, but for my generation it just reminds me way too much of Forrest Gump, and for any child who has ever seen it I can just imagine the "run Forrest run!" jokes and it makes me cringe.
Foster - NMS.
Gannon - Cute as a middle name. Reminds me of Legend of Zelda, but that's okay lol.
Grant - I like it, it's on our list for middle names.
Jarrett - I prefer Garrett.
Keaton - Nah.
Kingston - I like it!
Maxwell - I kinda like it but I wouldn't use it. Kinda one of those cute on someone else's kid type things.
Merritt - NMS.
Murphy - NMS.
Quinn
Rowan
Sage - This is more of a girl's name to me, but I think it could make a cute boys middle name.
Tate - Don't like it, reminds me of the Sharon Tate murders and Charles Manson. Yes, I read too much true crime.
Tobin
Truman - NMS.
Vaughn - I really like this name! DH vetoed it though.
Wade - I like it. I wouldn't use it, but it's cute.
Wylie - I'll be honest, it reminds me way too much of the Wile Coyote and Road Runner cartoon. And it seems a little feminine to me.

Nope, not tired of it I like a lot of the names you suggest and I'm struggling finding a boy name I LOVE as well so I quite enjoy this

Alden- like this a lot and I'm surprised at its lack of popularity
Beck- like this and considered it alone but couldn't quite convince myself...would probably prefer Beckham or Beckett
Branson- I like this okay...maybe Bronson?
Brendan- too common for my tastes
Brennan- same as above...all the Brendan/Brennan/Bryson names blend together to me...
Cash- While I like this, I wouldn't use it
Clayton- nms
Colby- part of me likes this and the other part says "no...this is the name of cheese"
Dalton- too country for me
Dawson- like this a lot
Drake- like this a lot as well
Ellis- prefer Elliot on a boy
Emery- LOVE but prefer on a girl. Could definately work for a boy as well though
Fletcher- like ALOT!! and points b/c it's unique
Forrest- don't hate it but don't love it
Foster- like but prefer as a middle name
Gannon- like but not sure if it can be carried off as a first name
Grant- nice
Jarrett- like this a lot lately...especially the nn possibility of Rhett or Jett
Keaton- like
Kingston- like
Maxwell- like ALOT and also like Maxton
Merritt- hm...not sure how I feel about this
Murphy- not a fan
Quinn- prefer on a girl
Rowan- like ALOT
Sage- like
Tate- not a fan at all
Tobin- not a fan
Truman- not a fan
Vaughn- can't get myself to love this but a perfectly fine name
Wade- not a fan....not sure why
Wylie- really dislike

While there are some great names on your list, I like some of the other name choices from your other lists better.

Alden -- Cute
Beck -- I dislike it, but can't put my finger on why. Beckett is cute, though.
Branson -- I also think of Missouri, but that's not a big deal.
Brendan -- dislike, but not for a "good" reason. It's fine on someone else's child.
Brennan -- I love it. The only Brennan I know is a girl, so I prefer it on girls, but I know it's supposed to be a boy's name.
Cash -- Newp. a) it's one of my sister's dogs, and b) I just don't like the money reference
Clayton -- It's okay, but seems very "country" to me for some reason.
Colby -- Cheese. Sorry, it just doesn't work as a name, in my opinion.
Dalton -- Cute
Dawson -- Cute, but reminds of me of the annoying show. I doubt our children of their friends will have ever heard of Dawson's Creek though.
Drake -- Love it
Ellis -- Not masculine enough for me, but not too bad. Just a lot of soft consonant sounds.
Emery -- Very cute
Fletcher -- It's alright.. I don't much care for the sound but see nothing really wrong with the name.
Forrest -- Sweet name
Foster -- Cute, but not a surname I'd use
Gannon -- Like Zelda? I guess it's okay. I named a pooch Ocarina..
Grant -- I don't care for it, but it's fine
Jarrett -- Cute name, and could use Jett as a nickname
Keaton -- Fine, though I prefer Keegan
Kingston -- nms
Maxwell -- I prefer just Max
Merritt -- Fine, but makes me think of Boy Scouts
Murphy -- Good name for a pooch.. not so much for a little boy
Quinn -- Love it
Rowan -- Love it

Sage -- Too feminine
Tate -- Ick, no. I really dislike this name on several levels.
Tobin -- Fine
Truman -- Fine
Vaughn -- Too pretentious
Wade -- Love it!
Wylie -- Reminds of the coyote, and seems like it would be a girl's name to boot
