How about Sunshine?

I think it's adorable, personally, and I even like the nickname Sunny. DH says no way, but agreed that we can give a little girl a "real" name, and call her Sunshine if she's blonde. I don't think I'll ever have a blonde baby though, but I suppose it's possible.

I have a soft spot for name with 'sun' in them or with 'sun' or 'sunny' meanings. Sunshine is a cute nickname. I wouldn't use it for a formal name unless it was hidden in the middle name spot.

My favorite SUN name is Sunflower.

I love Sonny but Sunshine is not for me.
I do know of a little girl w/ this name though. I just wish it was a nn only (or that they would atleast call her Sunny), I don't think Sunshine will fit a 40 yr old nearly as well as it fits a 4 yr old, kwim?

I think Sunshine is super cute, but super cute doesn't work on a middle aged woman usually. I do, however, love Sunny.
I just don't think I'd be brave enough to use any of the Sun names.

I think I like Sunny better than Sunshine. I just don't see it as a name.

My friend's daughter (who's about 8 years old now) is named Sunshine.

I knew a Sunshine. Jet black hair and dark eyes... It just didn't fit. Though I'd never use it, even on a blonde
