I am really close to my grandma and would love to honour her when naming my next baby (Liv's mn Sydney is after my grandad, Sid who died when I was 10).

The only problem is her name is Edna and she has no mn. Her maiden name was Heyes.

I was thinking Hayden (a name I love anyway) which you get if you mix Edna Heyes, or is that a bit of a stretch?

Also for a girl thought maybe Eden? Got that from rearranging Edna to Edan then using the feminine version?

WDYT? Do they work and can you think of any other ideas?

Thanks everyone

I think HEYes goes into HAYden well enough that you don't have to say it's a scramble. Eden works for Edna, but I think I prefer Hayden. You could always spell it Heyden if you wanted the added connection. Misspelled names are fine if there's a reason right?

I think either of those would work - Eden and Hayden. Eden is my fave.

I was thinking Hayden for a boy and Eden for a girl so would be (hopefully) using both.

Just wondered if there was anything I'd missed
