My husband mentioned that he liked this name. I'm not sure how I really feel about it. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. I know it isn't ever going to reach the top of my list so the chances of us using it are slim to none, but I just wanted to see what everyone else thought about the name! I've heard of the name before, but I do not actually know anyone with this name. The only person I've heard of with this name is off of TV. So I'm not thinking this name is popular, but I could be wrong!

Talon: (French) wily
Other spellings: Tallon, Talen, Tallen, Talan, Tallan

What do you think?

I don't like it. It sounds like a comic book name and if it means 'wiley' which is cunning/sly etc... I'm not a fan of it. But hey I know it's hard when dh really likes a name. My dh really likes Bruno - wanted it for our first child (who is named Oliver - popular in the UK and Australia - I'm australian, dh is british). everyone who we mention Bruno to cringes (as do I) but he still likes it and wants it as a middle name at least... i an't even imagine telling people without them trying not to laugh - it's not going to make the cut and i just can't compromise on it cause i can't stand it! ithink it is a dog's name.

I like it but not spelled Talon. I prefer it Tallen or maybe even Tallyn.

I love the name. My favorite spelling is Talon, but I like Talan too.

And don't worry about the kid from Laguna Beach. No one will even know who he is a year from now!
