Seferdoodles reminds me of that dog commercial, Mr. Barkey Von Schnauzer.

The girl names I have picked out don't really have nicknames, Farrah and Fallon, so I'll have to wait until they're born to give them a nickname that related to their personality or habits. But for my boy's name, Darnell, I think Nell or Nelly is cute.

We call Elliot "Ellis". DH wanted Ellis to be his FN but I felt it was too nicknamey and we compromised. When he was a little baby Elliot and Ellis felt too grown-up so we called him Ellie Sometimes I slip and call him that, and he'll be all cross and say "Muuuum! That's a girls' name!"

We use 2 nicknames with each of our kids.

Brinlee's nicknames are Brin or B
Isabel's nicknames are Izzie or Isa (the first part of her name without the -bel)
