Hello everyone. I am new here. My name is Natalie. My husband and I have been tossing around names for when we are ready to start trying again. We have a beautiful angel daughter, Mia Jayne.

We are looking for names, boys or girls that are similar and we could use in honor of our little angel. Any suggestions? I'm open to any suggestions.

First off, I'm so sorry for your loss. I think it'll be great to incorporate her name somehow

Jayne/Jane is the feminine form of John, right? So you could do (something) John as the middle name for a boy.

Michael John comes to mind.
Micha John
Matthew John
Malachi John

The name Damian contains Mia and so does Jeremiah

I can't think of any girl names that contain Mia but you could flip it and use Aim in it, like Aimee.

Maybe Mia Jayne and Aimee Rayne

You could go with names that had similar meanings, or could choose names with the same first and/or middle initials to honor Mia. You could also just use the middle name as a tribute: Jayne for girls, something with an M or J for boys

M names: Miriam, Mary, Meryn, Mira, Malia, Mariana, Mikayla, Makenna, Marlena. Mariah
J names: Janelle (Nellie), Janine, Jocelyn, Jade, Jemma, Jolie, Jessica, Juliana

Boys:
M: Malachi, Matthew, Michael, Micah
J: Josiah, Jeremiah (has MIA in it), Jett, Jediah, James, Jameson, Jarett, Judah, Jude, Jackson

Thank you so much for your suggestions. We really haven't given it much thought until now. We are planning to start TTCing about a month or two, and I just recently started thinking of names again.

For the boys name I immediately thought of Jeremiah
Now I looked up Jayne and in my baby name book it is Hindi and American, the meaning is Winning. I found the exact same meaning and origin. It's the male form of Jayne.... It's Jayant I thinking you pronounce it J-AIN-T. It's a little out there, but it is almost the mirror image of Jayne
For a girl you could go with
Mya Jayne
Miana Jayne prn MEE-ONA
Milena/Melena/Malena with the long EE sound

So sorry for your loss.

Mia is often used as a nn for Amelia.
Jaina

That's all I can think of at the moment.
