We've decided that if we have a boy, his name will be Dallas Hunter (Travis likes Dallas, for the Cowboys, and I have always loved the name Hunter), and if it's a girl, her name will be Haileigh Carolina (I've LOVED Haileigh since I was little, and Travis likes Carolina, for the Tarheels, and because that's the state we live in, where the child will be born, etc).

Anyways... what do you all think?

Our kids names are:

Allayah Danielle (his 10 year old)

Kiana Leighanne (his 9 year old)

Tyler Ray (my 6 year old)

and then either

Dallas Hunter or
Haileigh Carolina

input?

I think the name Haileigh is cute, I prefer it spelled Haylee or Hailee though.

I'm not a big fan of naming a kid after sports teams, professional athletes, places you live, hobbies, etc.

Dallas is ok... and I probably would have liked it better if I didn't know why you were using it.
Hunter is a name I've never really been a fan of.
The combo Dallas Hunter sounds pretty good together!
Haileigh is cute.
Carolina is a pretty name, but like I mentioned above... I probably would like it better if I didn't know why you are using the name.
Haileigh Carolina sounds ok... I don't know that it flows the best, I think Haileigh Caroline sounds better.

I don't like Dallas at all...it reminds me of Texas...

I've never been a fan of Hunter...

I don't really like Haileigh...and prefer it spelled Hailey.

Carolina is okay...don't really like it.

I don't like Dallas at all, but I also can't stand the Cowboys. I am a Vikes and Chiefs fan. Hunter is a noun, not a name. Also, Dallas Hunter together is almost a sentence--like someone is off hunting in Dallas.

As for Haileigh Carolina, I want to add a comma and North to it. Like Raleigh, North Carolina. I know Hailiegh and Raleigh have different sounds, but still....they look the same. And since Raleigh is the capitol, everyone knows the city.

Sorry, but any of those names could work, just not together. And Haileigh has a lot of unnecessary letters. Maybe Haley, Hayley or Hailey?

Well... thanks everyone for the input.

I wasn't too big of a fan of "Dallas" to begin with, but I LOVE Hunter, and Dallas sort of grew on me. The same with Carolina. I LOVE Hailey (how I usually see it spelled), but we wanted to give it a more unique spelling. So we've decided on Haileigh. I love it. As for Carolina, I wasn't a big fan of that either, I thought maybe Caroline... but Carolina grew on me as well.

Everyone has their own preferences, right?

Thanks again for the honest input.
