I think it sounds fine, Katherine is a pretty classic but I prefer the more 'exotic' alternatives... Katerina/Katrina

I love it for a mn and will be using it for a mn if one of the twins is a girl.
I like it as a fn but not as much as a mn. I don't know about the combo Katherine Suzanne. I think the names have too much of a similiar feel to them.

I'm not a fan of it, but I think it goes well with Suzanne, and with your boys names

I really adore, classic, sweet, strong Katherine and find the nickname Kate wonderful as well.
As for Suzanne, I think Katherine Susanna sounds nicer, and I just love Susanna more. It seems more modern and fresh to me.

I agree w/ the pp who suggested Katherine Suzanna(h). That sounds a bit more fresh to me.

I absolutely love Katherine...but then, I'm a bit partial since it's my younger daughter's middle name (Amelia Katherine Joy). Love the nickname Kate too. Not as big a fan of Suzanne, but the two do sound nice together.

I don't like any version of "kate" as a first name
