My sister isn't into researching baby names, so I've named their dog and one of their children! lol I'm hoping to name their daughter if they are lucky enough to ahve a girl this time! So...WDYT of Roxy Blake?

I am absolutely in love with the name Roxy! What spelling do you prefer, Roxie or Roxy? My sister and her husband our very outdoorsy people - they both do ultramarathons and he is a surfer and snowboarder too. So the name made me think of the brand Roxy which makes me think of them!

Well I love the name Blake since it's my son's but Roxy is *don't hate me* kind of a dog name to me. Sorry. I like the name but couldn't use it myself, I definitely prefer the Roxy spelling.

They do sound cute together though!

I don't hate you, I love hearing people's opinions! I will be honest, I like "Dog" names for people! Molly, Sadie and Tucker are some of my favorite 'dog' names for people! lol

I love the name Roxy! I am so tired of people giving human names to animals lol. It should be outlawed lol. Also, I've always thought Blake was a very feminine name. So I love the combo!

I think it's okay but honestly, it would depend on her other child(ren)'s names. If she has a daughter named something like Piper or Poppy then I think Roxy would be cute. If her name was Elizabeth or Josephine, I wouldn't like Roxy with it. Overall I prefer Roxanne w/ the nn Roxy.

My sister likes unisex names, that's why I added Blake! She also likes Emerson. Roxy Emerson is cute too IMO.

I really like Roxy, but I really dislike Blake. I agree that Blake sort of "brings it down."

My bff is in love with the name Roxy as is her dh but they're not having anymore so she's pushing for me to use it, lol. (And it's due to the clothes assoc, they're really into surf/skate stuff).

Personally I only sort of like Roxy, mainly for someone else's child. It is a very funky name, but nrms.

Roxy Blake does work, I'm surprised I like it cause Blake is all boy to me
Roxy Emerson is great, not sure which I prefer.
