hi everyone! i'm due w/ #3 in december so i know i've got a while to go yet, but i don't even know where to begin!! i shouldn't be suprised because with DD & DS it took us FOREVER to decide - we started looking at names around 15weeks & didn't even narrow it down to a few until a couple days before they were born (and then made the final decision after they were born).

we don't know what i'm having yet (anatomy scan is august 11), but i really feel like i should start thinking. where do you all find such great names?

Hi Tenille Nice to meet you again Congrats on your pregnancy.

I get a lot of name ideas from the social security list Popular baby names which lists the top 1000 baby names in the US
I also like nymbler.com. You put in your children's names and it suggests names of similar style. Aside from those sites I just browse around the internet and of course the ladies on this board have great suggestions as well.

I agree..Nymbler is awesome! Someone posted this site the other day, it's pretty similar, but gives you more options...Baby Names | The Baby Name Wizard: The Name Experts

I threw Cade in the baby name wizard and it came up with:
Abby Addy Brynlee Cameron Cassandra Celeste Chase Cole Colton Grayson Jacoby Justin Kai Kennedy Kevin Kyler Lauren Lydia Mace Madalyn Michael Ryland Skyler Taelyn Zane

Marlee produced:
Alissa Blake Delaney Dillon Dylon Finlee Jake Jenna Justin Kaden Lance Landon Lennon Maddox Madison Marissa James Mary Megan Mia Nolan Pacey Ryan Shayna Sonya

I thought it was cool taht Marlee brought up Kaden! Pretty close to Cade, so good choice! Names are so fun! I could do that all day!

thinkbabynames.com also has a pretty extensive database and nameberry.com is fun....it lists names by category.

thank you so much for all of your suggestions!! i LOVE the name noelle & will probably use it as a MN if this is a girl. i actually wanted to use it for marlee's NM, but i wanted to do something "twinny" with her & cade's MN (they have the same meaning or at least pretty darn close!)

thanks again! i'll be around browsing!
