I am driving myself crazy trying to think of boy names that fit the following criteria:

- unique/uncommon
- starts with a C
- contains an L

Bonus if it is one-syllable...

Any suggestions?

I like your suggestion of Cale, but do think it might become popular like a "Cade" name. But who know? Are you doing an A (your girls name), b (blaise), c theme?
Others:

Cole (too plain probably? maybe too "theme-y" with blaise)
Cecil
Codell (co-dell)
Cadell
Caalum/Calum
Collin/Colin
Caelan
Cahal
Cillian
Cal
Clancy
Caleb
Callaghan
Calixto

Clement
Clint
Clifton

Colby
Coleman
Collins

Colm
Copeland
Conoll
Conolly
Chadley
Cordell
Charlie
Cullen (hehe)
