Honest opinions on the name Oliver?

If we use it then his full name would be Oliver Thomas Manning. (Yes, back to family middle names for now )

Opinions on the nickname Ollie?

Thanks!

I really like Oliver. I think it's a nice, strong, classic name. I think Ollie is a cute nn while he's young but would probably call him Oliver as he gets older

Oliver is a nice name.

Oliver Thomas sounds good together.

I agree with Tenille about calling him Ollie when he's little, but switching to Oliver when he gets older.

Love the name Oliver.

We had a little Jack Russell Terrier named Oliver (since passed) and the neighborhood children would knock on our door and ask if Oliver could come out and play

LOVE Oliver. Ollie works great as a nn. I know a kid who went by Ollie until after he graduated, worked for him. I think Oliver Thomas works well too.

Oliver is okay, I don't love it, I don't hate it. But, I really DO NOT like the nickname Ollie. Sorry! However, Oliver Thomas sounds like a good strong masculine name.

I love Oliver ! I think it is darling on a little boy, and very handsome on a grown man. I think the nickname Ollie is cute, and I also knew an Oliver that went by "O". I think Oliver Thomas Manning sounds great!

Love the name Oliver. We had thought about using it before we choose Bryar for our son.
