So im 25 weeks pregnant with a little girl and me and my so cannot agree on a name, he likes really weird names that i cant stand or biblical names which i dont really care for either, and i like uniqe names that arnt too common but sound really pretty anyways the only three names we can kinda agree on are Faye, Chloe or Jade. Mind you i dont reallyy care for Faye, and he doesnt really like Jade :/
So that leaves Chloe, we both like it but i dont love it (i liked it more before but everyone i have told has something neg. To say about it or make a disaproving face or even worse start sugestting like a billion other names that are really common like amy)

Anyways i guess im just looking for somee outside oppinions on the name Chloe, do u like it?. If you dont why?
Also do u think it will cause bullying?

Sorry for the typos im writeing this with my phone and it kinda does wh
at it wants, when it comes to typeing :/

I don't really like Chloe, it sounds way too...playboy bunny to me. sorry. I don't think Chloe would cause bullying.

Chloe is okay.. but I see it as more of a middle name (just as far as my naming style goes). I don't think it'd cause any teasing.

What about Grace? It's kind of a similar style to Chloe

I adore the name Faye, I'm actually using it as part of a tribute to my great grandmother as a middle name in the future (she loved anything faerie).
Jade I used to LOVE-not as much now just because of the MASSIVE Jadyn/Jaiden/Jaidyn trend for both genders and it's so close---plus I feel like with that many Jaidyns running around a lot of them might go for Jade as a NN...something to think about if that's important to you.
Chloe is adorable but doesn't seem to me that it ages as well as Faye or Jade.

They're all nice names in their own respect though

I like the sound of Chloe but not the spelling. It looks like it should be pronounced Clo since the spelling ends the same as Joe. I don't think it would cause teasing. I like Jade best of your choices though. Jade or better yet Jada

I lie Jade the best and agree with Jada! Chloe is ok, it seems cute for a little girl but I don't see it as an adult woman's name.

I love the name Chloe, it is very popular though so I wouldn't use it if popularity bothers you.

I don't mind Chloe either, but I agree it is a little odd for a grown woman. I also like Jade or Jada more. What about Charlotte or Alice?

I think Chloe is cute for a little girl, but I agree it sounds better for a child than an adult. That being said, I don't think it sounds terrible on an adult or anything. Use the name you both like and ignore anything anyone else says. I guarantee when the name is matched to a sweet little girl anyone who once said something about her name, will no longer have an opinion.

Personally, I think the name Chloe is adorable! I know a few Chloe's of various ages and the name seems to fit all of them. I also don't see any reason why it would cause her to be bullied.

Chloe is not my personal style...mostly because it's more popular than I prefer and I agree with some of the others that it doesn't seem like it would age very well.

I like Chloe, but I would never use it as a name. Only because it is so popular. But if you like it use it. Don't let what others say influence you. Go with your gut!

I think Chloe is a fine name for both a little girl and a grown woman. The only problem I have with the name is that it is very common (even more than Amy is currently).

I think Chloe is nice. Its not my personal style, but I think its cute. I agree with the other ladies that I don't see much bullying coming from Chloe.

Good luck
