When I read the title of your thread, I thought you were asking about using the nickname Zeke for a child named Isaac, which I was going to respond that it sounds fine to me. So, yes, I do think having a child named Isaac and a child named Zeke are a bit too similar in sound... though they are two totally different names.

I think Isaac and Ezekiel would sound nice together and have Zeke for a nn.

They are a little too close for my personal preference...but they aren't so close that they can't be in a sibset together. I like the pp suggestion of Ezekiel.

I agree with the others that using Ezekiel and Isaac would work ok and having Zeke as a nn would be fine with a brother named Isaac.

I think they sound to close. I have an Issac too and was originally wanting to name this baby Zack and decided against it for the same reason.

I agree that if you were going to use Zeke, it should be as a nn for Ezekiel so that their formal names don't resemble each other as closely.

I think they're too close. Even if you were to name him Ezekial, people would still call him Zeke, and it would still sound too close. I'd search for something a bit more different.
