I am no more than 6 weeks pregnant but me and DH have been mulling over baby names for quite some time. We just can't find anything to go with this one... I like unusual names but he likes common names, he has agreed to something unique as long as it's not too out there.

My thing is if we know one person with that name, I won't even consider it. I saw someone with Teague, but it just makes me think Pirates of the Caribbean... I like the idea of a T name, but they're hard to come by!

Suggestions? Preferably something not starting with J...

As for Roghan... I'm not a fan. It makes me think of Rogaine- the hair product for balding people. I DO really like Ronan though, which has a similar feel to it.

I like Rogan spelled this way. What about Brogan? I also like the pp suggestion of Ronan. Have you checked out the SSA's top 1000 names? If you look at the bottom 500, those names are pretty uncommon yet not too "out there". Here's the website: Popular Baby Names

The Rogaine thing I have heard before... My best friend says she is going to call the baby Rogaine until birth, boy or girl; and then she'll drop it... She insists he'll be made fun of but I have a super common name, Samantha, and heard SAm's a BOY! in elementary school and then it was Wam Bam Sam once minds hit puberty...

I am in love with Roghan. I like Ronan though, I'll have to discuss that with DH, but I don't want Brogan shortened into Bro...

Thank you doremi for the T's and bedazzled for the site!

Oh! And yes it would be pronounced like Seth Rogen. But that's not where I got it... lol.
