Today I was thinking about twins. If I have b/b twins, they'll be William Michael jr. and Dominic Nathan, or possibly Dominic David or Dominic Jacob. If I have b/g twins, they'll be William Michael jr. and Annabelle Lillian. If I have g/g twins, they'll be Annabelle Lillian and ?

It should be noted that all those names have at least 1 family name in them. William is not only my husband's name, but my father's as well. Michael is obviously my husband's middle name.

Dominic is just a name we like, but Nathan is the name of my great-grandfather and is also my brother's middle name. David was my late grandfather's name. Jacob is the name of a different great-grandfather.

Annabelle is a name I love, but my grandmother's name is Anne and my DH's mother's name is Ann, so the "Anna" part honors them. Lillian is the name of DH's late grandmother.

The problem is that I don't know of another girls name that I like as much as Annabelle. Also, I'm not sure who else to name a girl after. Lillian is really the only pretty family name. There is also Rita, Ethel, and Esther. Eva IS a family name, but one with a really bad association and therefore can't be used. The association is so bad that I'm weary of using any E name for fear family members think I'm naming her after Eva.

I'm totally stumped so suggestions would be really helpful!

If you did have g/g twins, what about naming them Annabelle and Lillian rather than using Annabelle Lillian together? Obviously if you only have one girl then you can still use Annabelle Lillian. I think Annabelle & Lillian would make a great sibset

how about Rachel as a mn? I think it makes a great middle name and then she would be named after her momma!

how about:

Vivienne Rachel
Victoria Rachel
Francesca Rachel
Lucy Rachel
Olivia Rachel
Genevieve Rachel
Stella Rachel
Catherine Rachel
Amelia Rachel
Cordelia Rachel
Helena Rachel
Carissa Rachel

Or, I like Annabelle (mn) & Lilliana (mn) even better!

I have an Isabella and if one of my twins had been a girl, I was going to use Liliana for her.

Thanks for the responses! I like the idea of naming one girl Annabelle and one girl Lillian. Of course, then I still have to think up middle names.
