I really like Julian and Jamison, but I think Jamison sounds better with the other names.

Jiani - Is this like Gianni? Gee-ahn-ee? If so, I don't like the "g" pronuncation w/all the J's.

Juliani - IMO the "juli" sound and the "ani" sound combined seem feminine.

Julian - This is what I voted for, I like Julian in your set.

Jamison - I also really like this, but I voted for Julian because it seems less common than Jamison and I thought the less comon name would fit better with your other two who also have less common J names.

What about Jovani/Jovany? I have a little boy at work named Jovani and I've really come to like it on him. "Jo-vahn-ee."

Jiani is like Giani/Gianni - it's a J sound - jee-OHN-ee

Thanks everyone!

I voted for Julian. It's one of my favorite names! I would totally use it if my DH would go for it.

I voted for Julian, but I really like Jameson too, it's just more common than Julian. The other ones just don't look quite right to me spelled with a J instead of a G!

I do like Julius but our last name starts with S so it runs together funny and sounds like Julia S___

Aw, pooh. I know what it's like to work around an awkward surname and it's just no fun.

Is this all the names you are considering or are you still open to suggestions?

Still open

I want him to fit into the J theme of course. Names we can't use:
Joel (Dh's name, would be weird to skip Jacoby and give it to DS2)
Jeremy
Jonathan
James
Jim
Jaxon
Jason
Jared
Josiah
Jacob - too close to Jacoby
Jordan - "" Jordana

Not in love with Justin anymore

Dh doesn't like Jaren or Jaegan
I'm not a fan of Joseph or Joshua

Jonah ( I love this, I think it's like an updated Noah.)
Jasper / Jesper
Jules (Issues with your last name? I think something like Jules Spencer sounds ok. Not perfect, but if you happened to love it, it's workable)
Jude / Judah
Japhet
Jarrett
Jeffrey
Jeremiah
Jethro (this is a guilty pleasure of mine. I'm not sure that it's usable, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway!)
Jolyon (It's like Julian, but with a JOE sound at the front. Another guilty pleasure...)
Justice / Justus (again, with your last name?)

I'm assuming John is out as well?
