honestly it makes me think of dannon yogurt so i'm going to go with i dont like it but i also dont hate it.

I've always liked it when I've seen it spelled Danica - like Danica McKellar from the Wonder Years (Winnie Cooper). There is also a woman race car driver named Danica Patrick. Danika sounds the same but IMO looks more feminine with the "c". But I do like the sound of the name either way A cute alternative to Danielle if you like the nickname Dani too.

It does look better spelled Danica... you are right! For a boy, df wants Daniel, named after a dear uncle, so I kinda thought Danica could be the female form...... Keep the replies coming!

Daniella could be a female form of Daniel.

i don't mind Danika - just makes me think of Danica Patrick, the indy car driver. i agree with pairing it with a really feminine mn......like violet, or rose or something like that.

I agree with the others. I prefer it Danica. Its an ok name, I like Daniella better though

Btw, I love your "Why did the chicken cross the road?" I found it very amusing..
