Ladies! I was wondering if I could get your opinion on the girl name we are thinking of. Last name will be Spanish (Mexican). Nadia is one of the few girls names both DF and I can agree on, and we both happen to LOVE it. Rosa-Lynn is where the question comes in (although, please feel free to comment on any part)

My "family name" is Lynn. It is given as a middle name to the first born female in every generation. It is my middle name, my moms, and my best friends. We are pretty much settled on it. I like it anyway, so no matter. DF suggested we include Rosa in the name to honor his mother, and my aunt (both called Rosa as a nick name). I don't really care for the name, and can't say I really like the name Rosalind either, which is what he had initially come up with, but this is kinda our compromise. It would be pronounced seperate, but together (if that makes ANY sence at all) and spelled with the "-" in between. What do you all think? Any suggestions to change it? Does it flow? I need help.

Thanks

The name is pretty, but nms. I would either take out the hyphen and go with Rosa Lynn or Rosalynn. I like the idea of combining the two together and having the name Nadia Rosalyn or Nadia Rosalynn. But I also understand your reason for having them sep. because of your family name Lynn. In that case, I'd go with Nadia Rosa Lynn (no hyphen).

I like Nadia. Rosa Lynn is not my style but I do think the name as whole flows well.

First off I LOVE the name Nadia, always have

I think you should go with Rosa Lynn for the middle names. I think it's great they have so much meaning and they sound best seperate and I think "Nadia Rosa Lynn" looks very pretty!

My daughters middle name doesn't really flow with her name, but it has so much meaning to me that it is special.

I absolutely LOVE the name Nadia, its at the top of my list...very classic, cute, and un-trendy. I would go with Rosalynne, no hyphen!

I think the name sounds pretty! I agree with the above and maybe you could put the two names together to make one instead of a hyphen! But either way I like it!
