I've been thinking more and more about using my DH's mn, which is Anthony for the mn of baby #2 if we have a boy... here are some possible combos, and DS1 is Josiah Earl Do you like any of them? Last name is Richard, accent over the a, pronounced Rih-SHARD.

Trent Anthony
Malachi (Kai) Anthony
David Anthony

I love Anthony for a mn. It's my DS1's mn.

Malachi is hitting me right as a brother name for Josiah, but I don't care for two 3-syllable names back to back in a name combo.

DH is dead set on Malachi... I love Malachi, but also love David. I agree with pp that 3 syllable fn paired with 3 syllable mn isn't my favorite. David is a family name on DH's side, and both Josiah and David were Old Testament kings in the Bible, so I kind of like that sibset connection. Trent is the "out there" guilty pleasure name on the list.
