I just found out that my husband and I are expecting again!

Now that it is kind of settling in, of course I'm starting to look at names already! We have 3 kiddos. DD Kaily, DS Kelly and DD Kate. We really didn't plan on doing 3 K names, just kind of turned out that way. Half of my wants to do another K name just to get rid of the 3 K's if you KWIM... but I don't like any other K names for boy or girl that I've heard so far. I do however like a few C names, mostly with a hard C sound. I like either traditional names or unique/uncommon names. Any more ideas?

These are some that I have kicked around so far...

Boy
Sean Patrick
Benjamin Patrick
(both of these were left over from my pregnancy with Kate)
Cooper (no mn picked out)

Girl
Claire
Charlie (I like it, but we have a boy named Kelly already and that just seems mean! hehe)

I agree that unless you're planning on having a few more after this, you need to keep the K theme.

Ooh... I really like Kamryn for a girl! We are fans of the show House and I always like the character's name Camryn, it might have been her last name though, I can't remember. I forgot I liked it, thank you for reminding me!

I don't know if I'm seeing a boy K name that I like. I love Benjamin Patrick too. Benjamin was my mom's dad's name. He passed away when she was 16, so I know her and my grandmother would love that. And Patrick is DH's name. I also like Cooper, but if you make it a K, Kooper, it looks like a character from Mario Bro's! I think my outside "weirdo" favorite is Blaise.

Maybe I just need to have twins... that way I can have two kids without K names and it won't be so weird. hehe

I love Kamryn with your sibset! I agree that K names for boys are way harder! I like the family ties to the name Benjamin Patrick... just have a little bit of a hard time with the changing of the first letter- unless you have another after this one

Dh said he thinks Kamryn sounds too close to Katherine (Kate's full name). I guess I kind of hear what he is talking about, but it's spelled just so different that I feel that it is ok? Plus Kaily and Kelly is so similar and he didn't have a problem with that!!

Unless this happens to be twins this will probably have to be out last. But I think we said the same about Kate!

Kolton
Kole/Kohl
Kolter
Kale

Is Kash too trendy? How does every feel about Kyler? I want to like it but I wonder if it is just too close to Tyler and ends up being annoying?

I am really liking Blaise for a boy. Blaise Benjamin. Would it just be really weird to have another letter???

I think unless you have another really soon, the 4th would really stand out. The 3 Ks are really obvious (And adorable!)

I love Kamryn for a girl!

I realy like Kyler on a boy too. I don't think it'd be weird that it rhymes with Tyler. Lots of independent names rhyme: Kaylee and Hailey, Ryan and Brian... I think it's fine.

I also really like Kipton

Kenzie
Kenneth
Kendrick
Kensington
Kendall
Kyle
Korbin

I think it's okay to go with a C name that has the hard C sound because when you introduce them people aren't going to know if you spell Kailey and Kate with a C or a K. It's only going to be when all the names are spelled out together - which wouldn't be that often - that people would notice all the K's except for the 4th baby.

I don't think I've seen Kambria or Kalista. I prefer them both with a C but it's understandable to go with the K for your sibset.

Thank you! I like your reasoning, makes sense and is true! With that in mind my favorite is back in... Cooper!

Cooper is cute. I also like Kyler with your sibset, and I don't think Kamryn is too close to Katherine, especially since she goes by Kate.
