Faeryn
Sounds like Karen with a K (my pronunciation)

Other versions
Farron/Faron/Farren (unisex)

My son participated in an art show last night and this was one of the other children in the program.

WDYT? What spelling and what gender would you prefer it on.

------------------------------------------

I love Faeryn for a girl. I like the other spellings for boys.

I'd like it if it had a slightly different pronunciation - FAY-ren. But as it rhymes with Karen it's not for me. It's pretty though.

I really like it for a girl! I'd probably spell it Faryn.

I should have noted that that is how I would say it (I'll edit). I didn't actually hear it spoken. Might very well be FAY ren.

I just thought of fairies when I saw it, and I looked up the other versions.

Thanks! I'm pretty sure the first time I ever saw Romilly was from one of your list of suggestions long before she was even conceived. Never thought I would use it though.

I like it. I would use Faeryn on a girl.

The rest I could see used on a boy.

I love the name! Regardless of whether or not you pronounce it like "Fay-Rin" or "Faren" like Karen but with an F. Never seen this one before, but I really do like it. Good luck!

I do know of a Faron. I went to high school with him and thought the name was cool then too!

I've only seen it on girls pronounced Karen with an F and didn't really like it for a girl but I do like it better for a boy!

This spelling makes me think of fairies/faeries. Definitely not something I'd use.
