OK, baby number 6 is on the way, and it was so hard naming our twins, this one is just a matter of frustration so far. Our current children are:

Step-daughters (I had no part in naming them)
Emma-Lyn Ada Cooney
Teri Samantha Cooney

The rest:
Alexander Joseph Daniel Frazier Cooney (my dh's family has a tradition of 3 middle names for boys)
Genevive Mary Cooney
Lillian Dorothy Cooney

So far for this baby we have tossed around:
Julien (this was the boy name we had picked out when Lily was a boy)
Elliot (Dh, I an not hot on this one)
Victor (my current favorite I think)
Theodore

Sophie
Nora (DH likes this name)
Charlotte
Ophelia (couldn't decide if it was appropriate, but my favorite if it weren't for the story from hamlet)
Juliette

None of these really stick out to us. Boys name is a lot easier, it will likely be one of those 4. But as you can see my husband is a girl maker (Alexander is his adopted son), and this baby will most likely be a girl. And I am so stressed over finding the right girls name.

I like strong old fashioned type names typically, but I think I am majorly picky.

My favorite are Julien and Nora as well. Although Charlotte I'm partial too since that will be our next baby's name if its a girl!

Nora is my favorite for a girl, I love it, and Theodore for a boy. I also like Julian and Juliet, spelled like this.

It's a little funny that I had Liliana picked out if my twin son had been a girl and you have Theodore on your list if you have a boy. We also had Julian picked out for DD1 for the first half of the pregnancy.

I like strong, beautiful, old-fashioned girl names too. From your list, I like Sophie and Juliette the best.

Here are a few more suggestions:

Annabella
Arabella
Anastasia
Aurora
Francesca
Gabrielle
Gwendolyn
Gwyneth
Jacqueline
Jocelyn
Lydia
Olivia
Penelope
Sophia
Vivienne

I love Nora (we are thinking about using it if our next child is a girl...but with the spelling Norah) and like Charlotte. I also love Julian...we're considering that for a boy.

I like some of the other names mentioned by people too:

Felicity (love it)
Eva (love it, dd's middle name)
Lydia (were considering it for Alexandra's mn)
Calista
Madeline
Scarlet
Harper
Nola
Maya
Lila

For boys
Gabriel (we might use this if we have a boy)
Christian
Evan
Everett
Harrison
Adrian

See I love Olivia, but my brother named my niece that already. I also liked Evelyn (nickname Evie, but my husband poo pooed that one already, lol.

This should be way easier, lol

I really like Julien for a boy. It goes great with Alex!

For a girl, I LOVE Nora, but I also really like Juliette and Charlotte. I love the old fashioned names you have picked out! They're beautiful! If you like two names you could combine them, like Nora Juliette, which I think is gorgeous!!
