It's not really my at all style but I think it goes well with your sibset pretty well.

For other names what about Daisy, Sadie, Ruby, Scarlett, Maisie, Savannah, Georgia, or Hailey?

I knew a Dixie in College-- the fraternity boys constantly sang "I wish I was in Dixie" to her all the time.

I could see it more as a nickname for a longer, more useable name. I can't see Dixie working very well on a mature female in the workforce.

If you want really southern girl names, even starting with D, you have Delia, Della, Dinah, Deborah.

The POTUS test is the best-- fill in "And The Next President of The United States of America is... Dixie!!"

See if it fits. Or "We announce the new CEO of Bank of America as Dixie"

Forgot Delilah, Delta

I'll be the odd-ball and say I like it! I worked with a physician assistant named Dixie and she was a sweet and wonderful lady so, that's the association I have with the name. Yes, she was from the south!!

I have an aunt named Dixie. I've never really been a big fan of it.

nmsaa. I can't imagine a kid growing up and being 40 with the name Dixie. Feel like no one would take her seriously...
