I really like these names:

Kathryn
Eirene
(eh-REN-ee)
Brynn or Brenna
Corinne
Aaron

But I already have a daughter named Lauren. Is it too much to repeat that "ren" sound somewhere in another child's name?

I don't think any of those are too close to Lauren. I like Eirene and Brenna a lot.

I think they're totally different to Lauren.

I think Kathryn and Brenna are really pretty with your children's names! What beautiful choices!

Corrine with an -een ending, or an -in ending sound?
Corrine (sounds like Maureen) would work. Corrine (sounds like more in) is the pronunciation I prefer, but I wouldn't use it with Lauren. Maybe with an A on the end.

Aaron is a little close for me, but not so matchy-matchy I'd write it off if you loved it.

The others I don't think would be any trouble at all with Lauren.

I like Corrine with the "in" ending (as opposed to the "een" ending).

Bumping this one for the same reason as the last one.

I really love Catherine too but spelled like that instead of Kathryn. But it's a lovely name and I think it goes well with Lauren.

The only spelling of Katherine that I like is Kathryn. It's one of the very few names where I don't prefer the traditional spelling!

I love Kathryn, although I'm biased because my name is Katherine. As a Katherine, I can tell you that it is a great name. I have loved it in every stage of my life and I have never had a nickname. It's a great name and goes great with your other children's names!
