So I recently found out I am pregnant, and have always had a girl's name I wanted. For a boy's name I could never really find one, until I saw Dane last night and immediately fell in love with it. I wanted Hollis Glen to be the middle names for it's grandfathers, but my partner doesn't want to give it two middle names. I can't choose one of them as the middle name and leave the other one out. Should I try to convince him that two middle names will be okay, or should I just choose something else for a middle name. For example:
Dane Hollis Glen or
Dane Alexander

Could you reserve one of the middle names for a future child? Use one now, and one later?

The two of you have to compromise, and that more than likely means one of you isn't going to get your way.

I like Dane Hollis. Dane Alexander is nice too.

Oou. I love Dane Hollis Glen. It's such a different, strong name. Keep convincing DH, it's a great name! Plus, it's honoring some men who you love. That will be something that little Dane can be proud of and carry on!

I like Dane and all three options! Good luck getting your partner to agree.

I hope you can convince DH of the two middle names. I love it!
It's not like the names are going to be everyday use.
My DD has two middle names, Kathleen-Iris.
