I kinda like it actually, I think of a sweet, good-natured man with a steady nature. I used to know this little red-headed boy at a daycare I worked named Brighton and he was so even-tempered, a hardworker and had a good spirit. He is the only person that I've ever known with this name before and left a good impression on me.

Not sure I would use it myself, but I like it. It's different, but not out there.

I must be in the minority because it seems a little pretentious to me.

I personally really like it, although there is a new community here named
New Brighton and it's advertised everywhere, so I don't think it would be appropriate. lol

I used to live in Brighton, Ontario, Canada. Very nice place.... but I would never use it as a name for a child.

I wanted it to be Hunter's name for a good bit but decided it was too similar to Brylie. I love it

When I mentioned it to my husband he suggested that we could pair it with Logan or Salt Lake in the case of twins.
