Hey!

Well my DH and I are not prego yet, but we've already started talking about names. Our problem is this, our two other children have very unique names and I can't seem to think of any potential names to follow suit...

Our 5 yo daughters name is Cymoril, pronounced Sim-or-ill, and our 4 yo sons name is Jagger.

Now we can't have Cymoril, Jagger, and Jessica, or Cymoril, Jagger, and Robert.

I have a few names I like, but they don't strike me as much as my other kids names do.

Boy names...

Sawyer
Eston
Conrad
Steele

Girl names...

Vanya
Claira

Any unique names that you've heard, but would never use yourself? lol

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

An old friend named his daughter Seqouia (Suh-coy-ya). And another friend has a son named Foxx. Both unique names that I would never use but I now think are pretty awesome.

Other than that, I tend to look towards specific sources for my "unique" names list - like nature, words, or place names, or Greek/Roman/Norse mythology. Lots of good, unique names in those categories.

My daughters name is actually a character in my favorite book, ever! lol In the book Cymorils brothers name is Yyrkoon, my DH is like "don't you dare!" lmao I would never though, just a funny thought lol The book, for any sci-fi/fantasy lovers out there is Elric of Melnibone by Michael Moorcock. The entire series is 7 books....I love them all! lol

We've also decided that if we have a boy he will share a middle name with Jagger. Undecided if he will have two middle names like Jagger, but either way one of them will be Eastwood.

The first thing I think of is Toyota! lol But it is pretty!

My daughters little daycare boy friend's name was Luxxy, or Luxx. That's something I've never heard before.

Elric is pretty cool. I've also seen/heard Edrick and Endrit.

not sure why but I've always liked Steffani [as in Gwen Steffani] for a name - and i think it's quite unisex
