So my daughter's names are

Quinn Toney: Toney has an accent over the E and rhymes with Renee and is my older sister's name

Elizabeth Quinn: Scarlett's real name

So I can make a pattern and use

Alanna Elizabeth

or Not and use Alanna Nicole which is my first name

Also my Mother in laws name is Mary Ann and my mother's name is Marilyn Anne do you think Alanna covers naming the baby after them in the Ann theme?

I like Alanna Elizabeth, and I think there's an "Ann" connection to it.

I'm not a fan of reusing names with succeeding children, so I vote for Nicole.

I don't really think Alanna ties into Marilyn at all, and only vaguely into Mary Ann, but if that's how you choose to honor them it's fine.

I feel like Alanna Elizabeth flows better, personally. I think it's a beautiful name.
I don't think it's very close to your MIL's name at all, I wouldn't make the connection but if you like it that's the important thing.
