We want something pretty but strong! One or two syllables. I would like a name that when shortened to the one syl it's still a name ex, Laney or Lane
She has one blue eye so I'm not sure if this is too dumb/obvious but I kind of like the name Eylie Blue. (But dont want to call her eye) What ya think? Haven't run it past the fam yet, which can be tough. With so many of us, it's hard to find a name we all want.

Name her Amy!!
I like Eiley Blue. Or even just Blue
Freya is a Norse goddess with bright blue eyes.
Violet (Vi would be one sylaball)
Cobalt, Iris, Skye, Celeste (all different shades of blue)

I like Amy's idea's - maybe a have her name be a shade of blue, or a different language for blue. Sooooo cute!

Freya is a Norse goddess with bright blue eyes. Was actually thinking this without knowing the meaning but it's my cousins dd's name
Violet (Vi would be one sylaball) Don't think Mort will approve, was his neighbor growing up
Cobalt, Iris A name to not repeat around Hailey or Korey lets just say ex friend to one, ex girlfriend to the other, Skye, Celeste (all different shades of blue)

Like the blue association idea!
I was also thinking Opal or Pearl or something along those lines.

Jenny she is beautiful!!!
I'm going with the blue theme here:
Indigo (Indie)
Neela (hindi for blue)
Robin (robin eggs are blue )
Bluebell (Belle for short?)
Bonnie (bonnie blue)
Taisie (In legend, Taisie was a princess of Rathlin Island said to have been the most beautiful woman in the world with her dazzling blue eyes and long curling tresses)
Here is an actual animal looking/sounding name:
Makita - means forever friend
And here are some "human names" since I know you like that for your pets:
Stella
Tyler (Ty)
Marion
And some other names that might be more appropriate to go with your other animals ("Paul my brother", "Hello Kitty", "Jennifer", etc.)
Doodle Pop
Little Bittle
Froggy Face
Teapot
Oprah
Halitosis

I love her already! Can't wait to meet her

Jenny she's adorable. I love the blue theme.
I keep forgetting to tell you -- but I know you and the girls often are looking for homes for puppies. I have a co-worker who's been desperately looking for a St. Bernard female puppy. So if you come across one--let me know

She's adorable!
Dogs respond best to names that end in y or i for some reason. So I think Eylie or Laney will work great!

IDK why but I swear I woke up this morning thinking of her, Jenny. And the name Aspen immediately came to my mind. No idea, but wanted to throw it out there!

Thanks everyone! Megan, Harper's good friend is Aspen, might not be the best choice for the dog
btw, we still have not named her! I was loving Eylie but it just doesn't seem to fit her. Not having a name apparently does though
Odd how we don't even seem to be talking about what to name her. Wish I could just LOVE a perfect name for her!
