Milo is OK, but because of my kiddos, I think of " & Otis" I'm not into the others, but if they fit your style, they could work. They aren't unheard of, just not me

I like Milo okay though wouldn't personally use it. I don't think Miles is excessively popular either.
What about Neeko spelled Nico? That makes more sense to me, as a nickname for Nicolas or something.
The other two are not my style at all.

Neo makes me think of the Matrix (Keanu Reeve's name), so that's probably one that I wouldn't choose. The others aren't my style, but no bad connotations or anything.

Milo and neeko are nice. Neo is a BIG no, he'll be severely teased because of the matrix. Nuri sounds a bit feminine to me. I like the first two though.

I like Milo and Nico! Neo is not my favorite but I think the Matrix movies will be old and irrevelant by the time this kiddo enters school so I wouldn't worry about that. I'm not a fan of Nuri.

LOL, my mom has a cat named Milo and dog named Nico
The other two I'm not fond of much at all.

I love the name Milo! Nico/Neeko is a fine choice as well! I don't really like the spelling Neeko though. Nuri is too feminine sounding IMO.

LOVE Neeko Had two guys in highschool twins Nico(pronounced neeko) and Koy super good looking nice guys in choir and soccer. Really funny nice guys. So I have a good association with the name
