I'm a HUGE fan of Declan, and Irish names in general, but DH is not impressed. It's still on my list, but I know I'll never get to use it.

I like it! Declan and Lochlan were faves but don't go with our last name or our little theme (K) but I always have been a fan of them.

I love Declan! But I prefer the spelling Deaglan (which is only a slightly different pronunciation... Declan is DEK-len, Deaglan is DEG-len).
If this baby is a boy and the next baby is also a boy, the second boy will have the middle name Deaglan... to honour all the D-names on my father's side.

I've always like it and really like that it's not oober popular. However IDK that I'd ever use it; too much teasing potential for a kid IMO

I think so. There is also a character named Declan on the show Revenge.
