Hello, JustMommies! Im due 12-12-12... I know its super early to start thinking of names, but I cant help it! I joined a different board, but found a lot of negativity there...no thank you!
If we have a son, he will be
Robert Martin A***o Junior
This, unfortunately for me, is non-negotiable! His father goes by Robby, and I'd like to avoid the "Big Robby, Little Robby" game. What are your other fave nicknames? Bobby? RJ? "Big Robby" also insists that we call him by a family nickname- Deuce. I am not \crazy about the idea because of the negative associations (male gigalo, taking a deuce, i know, i know) But this is strictly a nickname for the family, and unfortunatley again, not negotiable. PLEASE, no harsh comments about the Deuce thing! Im still trying to deal with it myself lol! Any other nickname suggestions are completely welcome, though!
Ive made a short girl's list; the issue: Most of my girl's names end with an "a" and babys last name starts with an "A." What do you think? Is an "a" ending completely out, or will certain names work, depending on the flow? Last name again: A***o
Any additional girl's names suggestions are completly welcome and encouraged! Middle names will be decided upon after first name is set in stone, and will be a family name. And there will almost certainly be a post about that later on
Sorry for the long post, and thanks so much in advance, ladies!
I like RJ. It can be different from his father's name, but still the same, if you get what I mean? And I'm sorry about your issues with your hubby's choice of nicknames. I hope you guys can work it out. Maybe it'll grow on you?
